Many of you have had the same problem. For one reason or another you cannot put a mailform directly on your hosted website. If you have another hosted site available you can add a simple php form that allows you to process your mail forms on another domain.
What about sites like GoDaddy that have control panels that block mail from other domains? This works around them all.
